• Co-founded and grew Chameleon Creative, Inc. (CCI) into a successful seven person, full-service advertising, marketing and creative services agency. Sold CCI in 2001.

The EPMS virtually eliminated cost and time overruns; improved client communication by automatically generating reports and other documents with up-to-the-minute information; improved per-project profits; reduced proposal development time by 60%; and streamlined the management of the creative staff, particularly in the areas of work assignment and productivity review.

• Extensive experience with all major creative and business software including the Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, QuarkXpress, PageMaker, Freehand, Illustrator, Flash, GoLive and Dreamweaver on both Macintosh and PC platforms. • As a consultant, helped Intratech become a leader in web-enabled industrial recruiting services for the Chemical Industry. Initially responsible for identifying the opportunities and benefits of adding an Internet component to the business model. Consulted throughout the visioning, development, testing and launch phases of the web development project. Developed the marketing launch plan and assisted in its execution. Consulted on the modification of traditional recruiting practices to take advantage of both planned and unplanned benefits resulting from the website.
